Sophie has also gained experience in performance and sporting recovery environments, including working at the Stromlo Running Festival (2024), the Sydney Marathon (2025), and completing a physiotherapy placement with the Canberra United elite women’s soccer team.
When she’s not at the clinic, Sophie enjoys running, going on hikes, and pilates.
Sophie is passionate about supporting everyone from high-performing athletes to everyday individuals in achieving confident, pain-free movement.
