Our Clinical Pilates classes are led by qualified physiotherapists, offering expert guidance and supervision throughout every session. Unlike standard Pilates, where instructors may lack a physiotherapy background, our team combines clinical expertise with personalised attention to create safe, effective programs tailored to your unique needs and goals.

If you're recovering from an injury, surgery, or musculoskeletal condition or have had past injuries physiotherapy-led
Pilates offers targeted rehabilitation exercises to aid in your recovery process.
Alana can modify exercises, provide hands-on assistance, and monitor your
progress to ensure optimal rehabilitation outcomes.

With a focus on correct technique, posture, and muscle activation, physiotherapy-led Pilates helps prevent injuries and reduces the risk of strain or overuse. Alana's physiotherapy expertise ensures that exercises are
safe, effective, and suitable for individuals with pre-existing conditions or injuries.

Our clinical Pilates sessions integrate principles of
physiotherapy, focusing not only on physical fitness but also on improving posture, core stability, flexibility, and overall well-being. This holistic approach addresses both the physical and mental aspects of health, promoting long-term
wellness and functional movement patterns.

What to expect

Our Clinical Pilates program begins with a comprehensive one-on-one assessment with a physiotherapist. During this session, we discuss your goals, review your injury or medical history, explore any current symptoms, and conduct a physical assessment to identify areas of weakness, restriction, or poor control. From there, your physiotherapist collaborates with our lead Pilates physiotherapist to design a fully customised program tailored specifically to your needs.

No injuries or concerns

If you don’t have any injuries or concerns and don’t require a physiotherapy appointment, but simply want to enjoy Pilates for your health, fitness, or even just to spend time with a friend — that’s absolutely fine! Our classes are open to everyone, and you’re more than welcome to join. Simply drop into the clinic and our friendly team will be happy to help you book in and get started.

Cost and Payment

We offer a one-off trial class for $30, payable prior to attending. If you enjoy your session and wish to continue, you can purchase a 10-class pass for $300, available at the clinic or over the phone (please note, we do not take payments at the class location). Private health rebates may be available, depending on your level of cover.

For the comfort and safety of everyone, please do not attend if you are feeling unwell, have cold or flu symptoms, or an upset stomach. Your pass has no expiry date and will remain valid until all 10 sessions are completed
