Motor vehicle accident 

If you have been injured in a motor vehicle accident our physios will work with you and personalise a plan for you to get back to your pre-injury state through manual therapy and exercise treatment plans.

We offer telehealth appointments for review of exercises, as part of MVA or workers
compensation claims, or for patients unable to attend the clinic.

Assessment of injuries or pain relating to pre or post pregnancy, as well as assessment of and
treatment for diastasis rectus abdominis and mastitis.

If you have been injured while at work, our physios can assist you
in returning to your pre-injury capacity through manual therapy and exercise treatment plans.

We know it can feel like you’re stepping into the great unknown once you’ve finished physiotherapy treatment, so our clinical pilates (taught by a registered physiotherapist) helps bridge the gap and provide you with the tools to increase strength, balance, and overall confidence.

Marathon Training/ Injuries

A physiotherapist can assess your biomechanics, strength, and flexibility to create a tailored training plan that minimizes the risk of injury and maximizes performance. They can address any existing injuries or discomfort, providing targeted treatment to alleviate pain and promote healing.

Dry needling

Principal physiotherapist Tyler has training in myofascial needling techniques to aid in
rehabilitation and recovery from a variety of injuries. Ryan has been trained in both traditional acupuncture and dry needling.

Headaches, jaw pain, and dizziness can all be related to the neck - physiotherapy can provide
thorough assessment, treatment and self-management techniques to reduce pain and improve
function.

Home visits

If you’re unable to attend the clinic, we can come to you! Our home visits can cover mobility and injury assessments, and assist in providing physiotherapy treatment and exercises that are easily done in the comfort of your own home.

Using varying assessment tools, we can assess whether your vertigo is amenable to
physiotherapy, and use research based treatment techniques to assist in improving your symptoms.
