There is plenty of free parking available right in front of our clinic.
On the day before your appointment, an SMS will be sent to your mobile phone number to remind you of your appointment time. If you are unable to make it your appointment, Please call 02 6242 5050 to reschedule or cancel the appointment.
Please bring along your Private Health Insurance card. We can scan your card to get the rebate from your fund, so that you will only need to pay the gap.
Pension Concession Card Holder

Workers Compensation, DVA and Third Party
We accept Workers Compensation, DVA and other third party claims. If you are claiming on third party or workers compensation, please bring your doctors referral and your insurance claim number.

what to wear

A doctors referral is not required if you are a private patient (i.e. not claiming on workers compensation or a third party).
