Our physios have attended varying courses specialised to treating all kinds of spinal and pelvic
pain, whether from acute injury or a chronic issue.

Post & Pre surgical rehabilitation
Once you’re cleared for physio, we’re happy to help! From regaining movement, to building strength, to getting you back into your hobbies and activities, we help make the post surgery process feel more manageable.

Vertigo
Using varying assessment tools, we can assess whether your vertigo is amenable to physiotherapy, and use research based treatment techniques to assist in improving your symptoms.

Home visits
If you’re unable to attend the clinic, we can come to you! Our home visits can cover mobility and injury assessments, and assist in providing physiotherapy treatment and exercises that are easily done in the comfort of your own home.

Headaches
Headaches, jaw pain, and dizziness can all be related to the neck - physiotherapy can provide thorough assessment, treatment and self-management techniques to reduce pain and improve function.

Dry needling
Principal physiotherapist Tyler has training in myofascial needling techniques to aid in
rehabilitation and recovery from a variety of injuries.

Sports injury
From acute to chronic, high level representative or weekend warrior, our physios have a wealth of knowledge across all different sports to assist you in getting back into training and playing to your full ability.

Motor vehicle accident/workers compensation
If you have been injured in a motor vehicle accident or while at work, our physios can assist you
in returning to your pre-injury capacity through manual therapy and exercise treatment plans.

Pre and post natal
Assessment of injuries or pain relating to pre or post pregnancy, as well as assessment of and treatment for diastasis rectus abdominis.

Clinical pilates
We know it can feel like you’re stepping into the great unknown once you’ve finished physiotherapy treatment, so our clinical pilates (taught by a registered physiotherapist) helps bridge the gap and provide you with the tools to increase strength, balance, and overall confidence.
