Pregnancy
Women can experience many different complaints during pregnancy as their body changes.
Common Issues that a physiotherapist can help you with are:

hand conditions eg carpal tunnel or DeQuervain's tendinopathy

sacroiliac joint or pubic symphysis pain, dysfunction or instability

Post-natal
Post natal check up
Post natally it can be very beneficial to have a check up at 6 -7 weeks although still beneficial in the first year. It is very important that your pelvic floor is activating correctly.
Your abdominal muscles would also be assessed and checked for rectus diastasis (abominal seperation). An appropriate strengthening program can be prescribed to help you regain optimal abdominal strength and lumbo-pelvic stability while ensuring you are protecting your pelvic floor.
